This website is operated by Mug Mittens. By visiting our site and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

4. Shipping

We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free standard shipping within Canada. Standard delivery takes 5 to 10 business days within Canada and 7 to 14 business days to the US. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unwashed, unused items in their original condition. Sale items are final sale. To start a return, contact us at hello@mugmittens.ca with your order number. Canadian orders include a prepaid return label.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Mug Mittens and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mug Mittens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
